Frasers Group acquires Harvey Nichols

Frasers Group has completed the acquisition of luxury retailer Harvey Nichols.

The department store chain entered administration in June. Frasers Group, which also owns Sports Direct, continues to expand its retail portfolio through this purchase.

Integration of Harvey Nichols operations into the broader Frasers Group structure.
